Inclusion and Community Behavior Policy

Holy Toledo Properties embraces a culture of inclusion and diversity, we stive to make sure all our guests feel welcome. We welcome all guests, owners, and employees without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or marital status and expect our owners to do the same.  

We will not tolerate threatening, harassing, aggressive, or discriminatory behavior and reserve the rights to cut ties with anyone refusing to adhere to this policy.  

Holy Toledo Properties will accommodate and require our owners to accommodate guests who need service animals. Service animals are not considered pets and this policy applies to all homes regardless of any existing pet policy. We will not decline or charge an additional fee to any guest traveling with a service animal to assist with their disability.  

If someone has violated our Inclusion and diversity policy, we will communicate directly with the individual/individuals and take the appropriate action including removal from our services.
